Price Negotiation Policy

This Price Negotiation Policy (“Policy”) governs the negotiation of product prices offered by LilyWilliam Craftedcode (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“LilyWilliam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the “Negotiate Price” feature on our website. By submitting a price negotiation request, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Eligibility & Scope

  • This Policy applies solely to products listed on LilyWilliam’s official website.
  • Only duly completed negotiation requests submitted via our online form will be considered.
  • LilyWilliam reserves the right to modify or discontinue the “Negotiate Price” feature at any time, with or without prior notice.

2. Submission Process

Initiate Request

  • Click the “Negotiate Price” button located immediately above the “Buy” button on any product page.

Complete Form

  • Provide a valid email address, your proposed purchase price, and an optional note.

Review & Approval

  • We will evaluate each request based on product availability, inventory, cost considerations, and current promotions.
  • Response time: up to 48 business hours.

Issuance of Coupon

  • If approved, you will receive a unique coupon code via email from Offers@OfferlyApp.com.
  • Denial notifications will likewise be sent to the email provided; decisions are final and non-negotiable.

3. Coupon Terms & Conditions

Validity Period: 7 calendar days from issuance.

Usage: Applicable only to the product(s) specified in the approved request.

  • Stackable with any active sitewide promotions, bundle deals, or in-store credits.
  • One-time use per approved request.

Non-Transferability: Coupon codes are tied to the email address used in your request.

No Cash Value: Coupons cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Expiry: Expired codes cannot be reinstated. A new negotiation request must be submitted for further consideration.

4. Denial & Re-Submission

  • If your request is not approved, you may submit a new request at any time by repeating the process outlined above.
  • There is no limit on the number of requests you may submit; however, approval remains at our sole discretion.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Information collected through the negotiation form (email address, proposed price, and note) will be used exclusively for processing your request and for related promotional communications.
  • We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a request, you consent to such use.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • LilyWilliam makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any negotiation.
  • Under no circumstances shall LilyWilliam be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the negotiation process.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
