1. Order Cancellation

Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before we ship—whichever comes first.

How to Cancel:

  • Log in to your account and visit “My Orders” → “Cancel Order.”
  • Or email us at support@lilywilliam.com with your order number.

What Happens Next: Once we confirm your cancellation, any payment captured will be converted to an in‑store credit and added to your account immediately.

2. Return & Refunds (In‑Store Credits Only)

We believe in sustainable fashion—so all refunds are issued as LilyWilliam In‑Store Credits. No cash refunds.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your account and visit “My Orders” → “Return Order.”
  • Or email us at support@lilywilliam.com with photos and order details.

Credit Issuance

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue credits worth the product value within 24 hours.

3. Exchanges & Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll arrange a free exchange or issue full in‑store credits—no questions asked.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: Sale items marked “Final Sale” and made‑to‑order pieces cannot be returned.
