In-Store Credits

LilyWilliam Craftedcode (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“LilyWilliam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an in-store credit program through which customers can earn, store, and redeem credits toward future purchases. This policy explains how credits are issued, used, and managed. Please read carefully—no cash refunds are provided; all refunds and rewards are granted as in-store credits.

Earning In-Store Credits

You may earn credits through the following events:

• Account Creation
  – Reward: ₹150 in-store credit
  – When Issued: Immediately upon successful signup
  – Valid For: 6 months
• Every Order Placed (for logged-in customers only)
  – Reward: 5% of your order value back as in-store credit
  – When Issued: Within 24 hours of successful delivery
  – Valid For: 12 months
  – Note: Only applicable if you are logged into your account during purchase
• Birthday Reward
  – Reward: ₹150 in-store credit (issued as a discount code)
  – When Issued: Once a year, on your birthday
  – Eligibility: Must be subscribed to our email list
  – How to Claim: Add or update your birthday in your profile section
  – Valid For: 1 year
  – Note: Issued only once per user per year

Using In-Store Credits

• Application: At checkout, you may choose to apply any portion of your available credits.
• Restrictions: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Returns, Exchanges & No-Cash Refunds

• Refunds in Credit Only: Any refund resulting from returns or cancellations will be issued entirely as in-store credits—no cash refunds are available.

Return Window & Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
• Once the return is approved, the full purchase amount is credited back to your account.

• Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, new items ship at no additional credit cost; any difference in price will be adjusted as credits.

Credit Balance & Expiration

• Tracking Your Balance: View your available credits at any time under My Account → Store Credits.
• Expiration: Credits expire at 11:59 PM IST on the day of expiry listed in your account—after 6 months for signup credits, and after 12 months for order-based credits.

Modifications & Termination

LilyWilliam reserves the right to amend or terminate this in-store credit program at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately. Existing credits will remain valid until their originally stated expiration dates.
